How To Go From Average To Jacked

    Yesterday, Jonny completed my 75 Jacked challenge.

    He’s the first one to finish it since launching a couple months back, and his results speak for themselves.

    He shared a post in the community yesterday, and I thought it was the perfect example to break down for this week’s issue of Jacked Notes.

    He said:

    “I didn’t do anything fancy either, just trained 4 days a week, kept my diet clean, and tracked everything daily. No shortcuts, just consistency.”

    That right there sums up why Jonny succeeded.

    He didn’t get lost in the noise.

    He just executed on the basics I teach.

    If you’ve followed me for a while, you know my philosophy goes against most “fitness influencers.”

    They train 6–7 days a week. I train 3–4.

    They spend 2+ hours in the gym. I’m done in under an hour.

    They eat bland food out of Tupperware. I eat real food I actually enjoy.

    They obsess over the minor details.

    I focus on the big levers that move the needle.

    The gym complements my life, it doesn’t consume it.

    Jonny understood that.

    He didn’t try to reinvent the wheel.

    He just followed the checklist — the same one inside the 75 Jacked Challenge in my course/community

    And that’s the real lesson here:

    He stayed consistent and didn’t get overwhelmed with complexity.

    Most guys fail because they’re constantly searching for the next trick, next routine, or next hack.

    But the guys who actually transform are the ones who can do simple things — relentlessly — even when they’re bored, tired, or not seeing instant results.

    Jonny didn’t need another YouTube video on the best workout split or trending diet of the month.

    He needed a straight forward plan, a checklist, and the discipline to stick to it.

    That’s how you go from average to jacked.
