    Why You’re Not Gaining Muscle (JACKED Notes issue #2)

    ​Most guys think they’re training hard, eating enough, and staying consistent.

    But if you actually looked at your routine under a microscope…

    You’d probably find:
    Skipped meals
    Mediocre sets
    Missed workouts
    Program-hopping
    Late nights scrolling, early mornings snoozing.

    Here’s the truth:
    If you’re not gaining muscle, it’s probably not your genetics.
    It’s not your metabolism.
    It’s one of these 5 things:

    #1 You’re Not Training Hard Enough

    Muscle doesn’t grow unless it has a reason to.
    That means training close, or all the way to failure isn't optional.

    Don't stop when it gets uncomfortable.
    Don't save your "energy" for the next set.
    Push until your body wants to adapt.

    #2 You’re Not Progressing

    Doing the same weights and reps every week?
    Expect the same body.
    Track your lifts. Fight for more reps. Then add weight.

    As often as possible.

    #3 You’re Not Eating Enough

    You don’t build muscle from thin air.
    You break the muscle down in the gym.
    You rebuild it with food.
    No extra calories = no growth.

    #4 You’re Not Recovering

    Sleep like sh*t, live stressed, take caffeine all day, never rest?
    That’s the fast lane to seeing minimal results.

    #5 You’re Not Consistent

    This one separates the average from the jacked.
    Most guys burn out after 3 weeks and “start over.”
    Muscle is a game of patience.
    Just because you don’t see changes yet doesn’t mean it’s not working.

    Just like a seed needs water every day before it ever breaks through the soil, your body needs time and consistency before it shows results.

    You wouldn’t water a seed once, see nothing happen, and give up.
    You keep watering. You trust the process.
    Your body works the same way.
