    Most guys think building an aesthetic body requires perfect genetics, tons of volume, or spending hours in the gym every day.

    It doesn’t.

    Here’s the "secret":
    Consistency x Time

    You don’t need more supplements.
    You don’t need more sets.
    You don’t need a better gym.
    You need to stop giving up after 4 weeks.
    You need to show up when it’s boring.
    You need to repeat the basics until they’re automatic.

    If you're not where you want to be physique wise, ask yourself:
    Have you done these non negotiable things on repeat for years? Not months or days? (the time will pass either way...)

    • Lift 3-4x a week (on a proven program)

    • Train hard (close/or to failure)

    • Real food diet

    • Progressively overload (weekly)

    • Daily walks

    • Sleep 7 to 8 hours

    That’s how aesthetics are built. Not by hopping from program to program or chasing magic exercises or supplements.
